3、Structure composition of products
The medical mask comprises the protective cover and the fixing device. The protective cover is made of high-polymer material, and the rubber belt is used as the fixing device. non-sterile, disposable use.
4、Intended purposes
The product is used for protection and blocking the spatter or splash of bodily fluid and blood at the time of inspection and treatment in the medical institution.
5、Product performance
5.1、 Appearance and Structure
The surface of the medical Shield should be clean, complete and free from stains and dirt; Damage or separation is prohibited. The lens should be smooth and free from bur and scratch; The lens color should be transparent to guarantee clear sight when wearing it.
5.2、Specification and dimension:
a)、Dimensions should meet design requirements. The deviation should be no greater than ±10%.
b)、Designs should conform to the ergonomics and guarantee good fitting with the face.
5.3、 Structure
When wearing the medical mask, it should completely cover the face of the wearer. Vertically, it should stand upright without sagging; horizontally, there should be no folds when bending it.
5.4、Ductility of the rubber band
The rubber band fixing belt should be of proper elasticity, and its ductility should be no less than 50%.
5.5、 Connection fastness
5.5.1 The force at the junction between the fixing device and the shield shall be no less than 10N.
5.5.2 The joint part of the medical shield should be firm. It should not peel off under 10N horizontal pull force and 7N vertical pull force for the 30s, respectively.
5.6 、Anti-fall performance
If the mask falls freely with three different kinds of starting postures from 1m
height onto a hard surface, its structural parts should not peel off, its appearance should not be damaged, and the lens should be without cracks.

1) If itch, rash or blister appears during the use of the product, the user should stop using the product in severe conditions; 2) The product is disposable and should not be reused.

7、Use method:
Tear the package, fix the rubber band onto the head and wear the protective mask to cover your face.
8、 Storage condition
1) Temperature: 0°C~45°C;
2) Humidity: The relative humidity does not exceed 80%;
3) Clean and dry places with good ventilation and without corrosive gases.
9、The date of production/batch number is shown in the label: The validity term of the product is two years.
